Rental and Reservation Policies

1. Education ⁄ Lease

Barcarelli mediated Apartments, houses and rooms in the name and on behalf of their respective owners. There are seasonal prices of the respective price list. The mediation takes place at these rates of commission for the property seekers. The rental agreement is between you, the tenant and the landlord (property owners) for the duration of the agreed Vacation time with our written acceptance (e-mail booking confirmation). The tenant agrees the apartment with care and replace the damage caused by him or his children and guests. The tenant acknowledges the particular house in order. Where pets are allowed, please consult the respective data side of the apartment or holiday home.

Swimming pools.
The swimming pool opening is usually provided by the 15.05. to 30.09.
Depending on the weather, swimming pools are operated for longer periods (the latter subject to change).
The pools are not fenced and there is no pool lifeguard.
The guests use the swimming pool at your own risk.
The homeowner and Barcarelli exempt from any responsibility and assume no liability for the use of the pool.

2. Reservations: How and where to book.

Your reservation, you can easily and conveniently by phone or by e-mail (the relevant application form on the website) to use. After your reservation you will receive notification from us via e-mail a booking confirmation, which will become final upon receipt of your deposit to the bank account of the landlord.

3. Payment, utilities, travel documents

Please make within 3 days of receipt of the booking confirmation the specified payment to the account of each apartment owner (see confirmation). - Payment or final payment is to be transferred so that the amount will be credited without deduction of bank charges and fees. - The final payment can be paid to the respective bank account 20 days before departure, or on location at the keys. About the payment you receive from us on request, a separate confirmation. Your proof of payment shall be considered as a receipt. What facilities are included, please refer to the current price list. Additional costs as per price list (Deposit, heating, etc.) are to be paid locally directly to the landlord.

4. Withdrawal / cancellation insurance

The tenant must a written notice to send. Upon cancellation of the tenant's, the following cancellation charges:

    When you cancel up to 90 days before arrival 20% of the rent
    When you cancel up to 60 days before arrival 40% of the rent
    When you cancel up to 30 days before arrival 80% of the rent
    When you cancel up to 14 days before arrival 100% of the rent

Dear holiday guests, we recommend you that in the event that the trip might not make,
to take out a travel cancellation insurance!!

5. Rental period, arrival, departure

Arrival and departs normaly the Saturday and for the pre and post season, also workdays for some rental properties. The apartments are available on arrival of 16-19 Clock ready to take over. In the case of late arrival of you short notice to inform the landlord (see travel documents). On departure, the apartment to 10 Clock be released for cleaning. Before departure, the tenant must notify the landlord to notify.

6. Number of persons

Which in the lease ⁄ reservation confirmation provided number of persons may not to be exceeded. Exceptions are possible only with the consent of the owner or his representative ⁄ Barcarelli.

7. Information, descriptions, unpredictability

Information and descriptions of places given by Barcarelli to the best of my knowledge, but without guarantee. All information was correct at time of printing. Errors excepted. Deviations from the Description of the rental property to us in writing. Barcarelli, can the reservation in it's mediation in cases of force majeure, war, strike, and the like terminate and has in other cases where the reserved accommodation can be made available, the right to offer the tenant another comparable rental property or cancel reservation on behalf of the landlord without notice. This will be refunded to the exclusion of further claims the paid rent ⁄ deposit. The assignment of claims from the Agency contract to third parties, including spouses and relatives, is prohibited without the written consent of Barcarelli.

8. Deficiencies and complaints

In case of defects please contact immediately to the landlord. He is the contractor responsible for their elimination.
