Borgo di Alica is an ancient building complex, which dates from the fifteenth century
and was restored by the owners perfectly with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
The five apartments of different size were with an attention to detail in style and equipped with modern kitchens and appliances.
The expansive pool (13.50mx 5.80m) is located in a park and offers lots of green space and for every guest's privacy.
The house-own wine tavern (Enoteca) at the residence Alica offers you the chance to wine tasting and dinner.
Facilities of Apartment - La Colombaia
The property has two floors with a beautiful view, lies in the right upper floor of the house;
has its own entrance and is accessible through the common interior staircase of the house.
The first floor of the apartment is furnished with large kitchen, with kitchen line,
Dining table and chairs, satellite television for for all programs, living room with sofa, sofa bed and shower room with toilet and wash basin.
On the second floor of the apartment has two large chambers, available with bedroom and double bedroom, shower room with toilet and wash basin, towels are provided.
For all the beds full bed linen is provided, which is changed weekly.
The vacation home has a external area with table and sun screen on the pool.

Surrounding:
The village is located in the Val d'Era Alica Valley of the municipality Palaia, near Pisa and Florence and has its origins in the late Etruscan era,
where even today you can still visit excavations.
The apartment is ideally located you thanks to its position, the possibility of cultural excursions
in historic cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Palaia (Pisa) will inspire and invite you to bike and hiking tours.
For sports enthusiasts, Castelfalfi golf (30 min), the closest 18 hole golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (10 min) a great riding stable, with the possibility for riding lessons and horse boarding house.
Forcoli the next place (approx. 5 min), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket and the next city Pontedera (approx. 15 minutes), very nice for shopping expedition.
Excursions:
Tirrenia Sea about 35 km, Pisa 27 km, Volterra 35 km, Lucca 40 km, S. Gimignano 45 km, and Florence 60 km.
