The Tenuta Casato in Montespertoli is a former manor house of the 17th century, which of today still its own organic wine and olive oil produces.
The current owner has restored the entire property with care and attention to detail, so that one feels back to the original Tuscan tradition.
The landscaped garden area with communal swimming pool (7.25mx 4.60m)
has a lot of green space and a magnificent view of the surroundings of Montespertoli.

The apartment Il Fienile, has been completely restored and is provided according to ancient tradition with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
The former barn has about 70 m2 of living space and a large private terrace.
The apartment has an original floor plan with living room and a double sofa bed,
a dining room with fitted kitchen, double bedroom, shower room with toilet and washbasin.
The towels are available. For all the beds full bed linen is provided, which is changed weekly.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, coffee (filter coffee) and iron.
Satellite television for all programs.

The vacation home is situated in a wonderful position Casato with stunning views of the hills of the Chianti Fiorentino.
The museum located 5 minutes from San Pietro in Mercato, with its exhibition provides an overview of the religious art of the communities around Val d'Elsa.

Montespertoli (Florence), the next village (5 minutes), with excellent shopping, from the bakery to the supermarket.
Not to mention the famous wine exhibition "Montespertoli Vino Chianti, which takes place every year in late May.
