Lari, the next place (5 min), a small village with a famous castle from the Middle Ages, and the famous pasta factory of the manufacturer Martelli, you can visit from the inside.
The next city Pontedera (approx. 30 minutes), very nice for shopping expedition.

Tirrenia Sea about 40 km, Pisa 40 km, Volterra 45 km, Lucca 40 km, S. Gimignano 55 km, and Florence 70 km.
