The country house "Podere Ripa d'Era" is in the midst of unspoilt countryside with forests and wheat fields in the
magnificent surroundings of the Val d'Era Valley, an ideal place where you can spend your holiday with your family.
The large park around the villa offers a magnificent panoramic view of the hills
the surrounding area of Palaia and Capannoli with its olive groves and vineyards
The adjacent to the House 7 x 14 meters large swimming pool with additional 4 x 4 meter pool built for children to supplement the outdoors.
You reach the holiday house via a 2.5 km long gravel road.
Facilities of holiday house - Ripa d'Era
The holiday house "Podere Ripa d'Era" consists of five apartments, three upstairs and two in the basement of the house, all are tastefully furnished and have private outdoor area.
The accommodations are well maintained and furnished with terracotta floors in typical Tuscan style.
They consist of a living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, dining table with chairs, single or double bed couch and a television with satellite programs.
You have six large bedrooms with double beds and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds
and five separate shower rooms with toilets and wash basin.
For all the beds full bed linen is provided, which is changed weekly.
The pergola fitted on the Tuscan country house offers peace and relaxation for dinners or barbecues.
The owner's family with his proverbial Italian hospitality personally takes care of the needs of its clients on site.
Ripa d'Era promises relaxing holiday and is also the ideal place for children!
The swimming pool is open from mid May to mid-October. (Weather permitting)

The vacation homes thanks to its position are ideally located, you have the possibility of cultural excursions in historic cities such as Pisa,
Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
Forcoli is the next village (approx. 10 min), where guests can find banks, supermarkets, pharmacies and small shops for your purchase.
Excursions:
Pisa 30 minutes, Volterra 35 minutes, Lucca 40 minutes, San Gimignano 70 minutes, and Florence 60 minutes.
