The holiday complex "La Sorgente" offers a fantastic view of the countryside of the Val d'Era from where you can quite easily
reach the important cultural cities such as Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Siena and Lucca.
The spacious holiday resort, with its terraced houses was built in typical Tuscan style and thus created a small independent vacation paradise.
The large pool area, a swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for children, sports like - Tennis - Vita course and bowling green,
and its own specialty restaurant with bar, to round out a balanced holiday for you.

The corner house has a two and a half room apartment and is wheelchair-accessible,
a seat behind the house with wooden table and chairs.
The created especially for you, wheelchair-accessible path leads you around the house to the patio.
A modern kitchen living with dining table and four chairs.
A living room with sofa bed, satellite television for all programs and a small table with four chairs.
One bedroom with double bed and full bed linen, which is changed weekly.
Shower room with toilet and wash basin, towels are provided.
Common facilities:
Swimming pools, laundry, tennis, soccer, playground,
small bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pine park, Internet access at the reception.
Note: Unfortunately there is currently no pool lift !!!

The holiday houses thanks to its position are ideally located, you have the possibility of cultural excursions in historic cities such as Pisa,
Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
Ideal starting points: the sea about 37 km, S. Gimignano 45 km, Volterra 35 km, Lucca 40 km, Pisa 30 km and Florence 60 km.
Capannoli, the next place (approx. 8 min), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket and the next city Pontedera (approx. 20 minutes), ideal for shopping.
