It has a kitchen with fitted kitchen, four plate stove and oven, a large living-dining room with sofa bed,
dining table with chairs and TV television with programs in Italian.
A large bedroom with double bed, single bed and wardrobe, and all linen and bedding, which is changed weekly.
A shower room with toilet and wash basin, towels to are provided.
The apartment has a private seating area with umbrella and barbecue area off the kitchen,
another room with views from the living room, which is used by other students of the house as a passage.
